Usage
Billionaire 20-20-20 lawn fertilizer is used throughout the year. This is a general maintenance lawn fertilizer used as part of an ideal lawn care program. Billionaire 20-20-20 should be applied 3 times per year followed by a Survivor Winter Fertilizer application just before winter.
When & How To Apply Billionaire 20-20-20 Lawn Fertilizer
Ideal Application Months: March – May / September – October
Do not apply when the ground is frozen or above 25c.
BEFORE FERTILIZER APPLICATION MEASURE YOUR LAWN AREA
Your package from Superintendent Lawn will indicate the square footage that the bag will cover. Be sure your lawn area matches this amount as to not over apply or under apply product. If your lawn area does not match the indicated square footage on the product bag, adjust your application according to the actual size and relabel bag if excess remains.
Billionaire 20-20-20 Lawn Fertilizer Application Instructions
- Keep fertilizer product dry and away from pets, rodents and children.
- Only apply fertilizer to a dry lawn area. If you apply fertilizer when moist, the granular may stick to the leaf blades and burn. Be sure to water into the lawn area below the leaf blades if this occurs.
- Mow your lawn and complete all other maintenance prior to fertilizing your lawn.
- Apply evenly throughout entire lawn area. Your package from Superintendent Lawn will cover your entire area.
- Place fertilizer in a drop or broadcast spreader, start at a low setting and complete an entire pass of your lawn area. On your second pass adjust spreader to evenly spread the remaining product. Clean up any excess fertilizer that may have spilled in clumps on the lawn area.
- You may water fertilizer lightly into your lawn after application.
- Do not apply any other fertilizer for a minimum of 45 days.
- Do not apply fertilizer in windy, frozen or hot conditions (25c+).
- Keep pets, children and adults away from a recently fertilized lawn area until the fertilizer has settled into the root bed.
- Do not over apply fertilizer.
